C3 was founded after a long day at work, a cab ride from hell, after waiting 3hours for a taxi in 2005, when we finally got a taxi, it was stinky, dirty, and wasn;t enough space because the driver won't let anyone seat in front, the fume from the exhaust, was coming into the taxi, it was terribly and my children suffered from fumes inhaled, l wanted to provide a service with clean ride.

We service the Baltimore Washington Corridor since 2005. C3 started off in Woodlawn, had moved to Catonsville and still mainstains the service area.
